1. Nature of our service
Mind Your Ads is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000000000). We provide research recommendations only. We are not a broker, a portfolio manager, an investment adviser for the purpose of discretionary management, or a distributor of any product on which we publish research. We do not:
- take custody of client funds or securities;
- hold or exercise any power of attorney over a client account;
- execute trades on behalf of clients;
- guarantee, assure or indicate any return, profit or capital protection.
2. No guaranteed returns
Any communication that promises or implies assured returns is not authorised by us and must be reported immediately to compliance@vertexresearch.in. Past performance of any recommendation is not indicative of future results. All research is opinion, formed on the information available at the time, and may prove wrong.
3. Your responsibilities
- You take your own investment decisions and are solely responsible for their outcome.
- You will provide accurate KYC and risk-profile information and will update it when it changes.
- You will trade only through your own broking account and only with capital you can afford to lose.
- You will not redistribute, resell, forward or publish our research to any third party. Research is licensed to the named subscriber alone.
- You confirm you are 18 years or older and legally competent to contract.
4. Fees
Fees are quoted before subscription, are exclusive of GST unless stated, and are payable in advance to the company bank account published on our Payment page. We never request payment into a personal account of any employee or associate. A tax invoice is issued to your registered email. Fees charged shall not exceed the limits prescribed by SEBI for Research Analysts from time to time.
5. Service delivery
Research is delivered to the mobile number and email registered at the time of subscription. You are responsible for keeping these current and for ensuring that our messages are not blocked or filtered. Non-receipt caused by an incorrect number, a full inbox, network failure or a blocked sender is not a service failure.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund where a subscriber redistributes research, abuses our staff, provides false KYC information, or uses the service for any unlawful purpose. You may terminate at any time by written notice; refunds, where any, are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our research — text, charts, methodology, formats and marks — is owned by Mind Your Ads and protected by law. No part may be copied, adapted or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fee paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including trading losses, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including exchange or broker outages, telecom or internet failure, power failure, regulatory action, natural disaster or civil disturbance.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office. Before litigation, you agree to first use our grievance process, then SEBI SCORES, and then the Online Dispute Resolution mechanism at smartodr.in.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. Continued use of the website or services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
