What is included in every plan
Regardless of which package or duration you choose, all of the following apply.
- Written research with an entry range, a target and a stop-loss on every idea
- The reasoning behind each call, including what would invalidate it
- Revision, partial-exit and exit alerts for as long as the idea remains open
- Alerts delivered by WhatsApp and SMS on the number registered with us
- Access to a research analyst during market hours for questions on live ideas
- A signed client service agreement and completed KYC before the service starts
- A GST tax invoice for every fee received, issued within 48 hours
- Full disclosure of analyst holdings and any conflict of interest with the research
- A named compliance officer and a published grievance and escalation path
- No profit sharing, no performance fee and no charge linked to your trading outcome
How our fees work, and where they go
Fees are exclusive of GST
Every amount published on this site is the research fee only. Goods and Services Tax is added at the applicable rate on the invoice. Our GST number is 27AAAAA0000A1Z5.
Payable only into the company account
Fees are accepted only by bank transfer or UPI into the account below, which is held in the company's own name. We do not accept cash and we never accept a transfer into an employee's or an associate's personal account.

Invoice within 48 hours
A GST tax invoice is emailed to you within 48 hours of the fee being credited to our account. If you have paid and not received an invoice, treat that as a red flag and write to compliance@vertexresearch.in straight away.
The SEBI fee ceiling
Under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, the fee that a Research Analyst may charge an individual client is capped by the ceiling notified by SEBI, per client per annum across all services, for clients who opt for the fee-limit provision. Our published fees are within the applicable ceiling. We charge a fixed subscription fee only — we do not take a share of profits, do not charge a performance fee and do not levy any charge that varies with your trading outcome.
