Most losses in the market are not caused by bad ideas. They are caused by good ideas held in the wrong size, for the wrong reason, past the point where they stopped working.
Our approach
Screen on fundamentals and price structure, verify against exchange and company data, define the invalidation level, size the position from that distance, then write it up so the reasoning survives scrutiny.
Our boundary
We are a research analyst, not a portfolio manager and not a broker. You keep control of your account, your money and your final decision. We never take custody and never hold a power of attorney.
Transparency
Conflicts of interest, analyst and relative holdings, and any compensation from a subject company are disclosed with the research. Our disclosures page is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Service
During market hours you reach a person who knows what you subscribe to. Revisions and exits are communicated as actively as entries — an idea is not closed until we say it is closed.
Compliance hygiene
Signed client agreement, KYC, tax invoice within 48 hours, a maintained complaint register and an annual compliance audit under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

What we do
- Publish written research with an entry range, a target and a stop-loss on every single idea.
- Disclose our conflicts — analyst and relative holdings, and any interest in a subject company, stated with the research.
- Issue a tax invoice for every fee received, into the company bank account, within 48 hours.
- Assess suitability against your capital, segment and experience before recommending a package.
- Maintain a complaint register and publish the monthly SEBI complaint disclosure on this website.
What we will never do
- Guarantee returns. No assured profit, no fixed monthly return, no accuracy percentage — in any form, by anyone, ever.
- Take custody of your funds or securities. Your money stays with your bank and your broker.
- Hold a power of attorney or trade on your behalf. We publish research; you execute your own decisions.
- Ask for an OTP, PIN or trading password. No employee has any reason to request one.
- Accept a fee in a personal account or in cash. Payments go only to the account published on our payment page.
