Refund Policy

When fees are refundable, when they are not, and how to request a refund.

1. Principle

Research services are delivered immediately and continuously from the moment a subscription is activated. Once research has been supplied it cannot be returned or un-read. Consequently, fees for research services are non-refundable once the service has commenced, except in the specific circumstances set out below.

2. Where a refund will be made

  • Duplicate payment. Any amount received twice for the same subscription is refunded in full.
  • Service never activated. If we receive a payment but do not activate the service and do not send any research, the full amount is refunded.
  • Excess collection. Any amount collected in excess of the agreed fee, or in excess of the ceiling prescribed by SEBI, is refunded.
  • Termination by us. If we discontinue a service for reasons not attributable to you, the fee for the unexpired period is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • Regulatory direction. Where SEBI or a court directs a refund, it is made in accordance with that direction.

3. Where a refund will not be made

  • Losses incurred on trades, whether or not those trades followed our research.
  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome or accuracy of recommendations. Research is opinion; no accuracy level is promised or implied.
  • Change of mind, change of financial circumstances, or inability to act on the research.
  • Non-receipt of messages caused by an incorrect number, a blocked sender, DND settings or network failure.
  • Termination by us for breach of the Terms, including redistribution of research or abusive conduct.

4. How to request a refund

Write to rankmeontop3@gmail.com from your registered email address with your name, registered mobile number, invoice number and the reason for the request. We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made only to the bank account or instrument from which the payment originated, within 10 working days of approval. Bank charges, payment-gateway fees and taxes already deposited with the government are not refundable. Refunds are never paid in cash.

6. Free trials and promotional access

Where a complimentary or promotional service is provided, no fee is charged and consequently no refund arises.
