4. Sources of revenue

Our only source of revenue is subscription fees paid by clients for research services. We do not receive brokerage, commission, distribution income or any payment from any issuer, broker, mutual fund or product manufacturer.

5. Conflict management

Employees and analysts are bound by an internal dealing policy which requires pre-clearance of personal trades in securities under coverage and imposes a cooling-off period around the publication of research. A record of approvals is maintained and reviewed by the Compliance Officer.

6. Terms of use

Research is issued for the personal use of the named subscriber. Redistribution, reproduction or onward transmission in any form is prohibited. Research does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
